Jessica McCallister

Jessica McCallister is an experienced Online Pedagogy and Instructional Design Specialist currently working with YU Global. She brings a wealth of knowledge in instructional design, course construction, and innovative learning methodologies, having contributed significantly to the field of online education since 2011.

Jessica’s career in instructional design and education began with her role as an online instructor at the University of New England, where she has been mentoring adjunct faculty and teaching graduate-level social work courses since 2011. Jessica’s extensive experience includes developing and designing a wide range of courses, conducting needs assessments, and integrating educational technologies into course design. Throughout her career, Jessica has been recognized for her contributions to the field of social work and education. She has conducted participatory action research, qualitative and quantitative research, and has been involved in formative, summative, and developmental evaluations.

In her current role at YU Global, Jessica leverages her extensive experience to drive learning innovation and improve online education. She collaborates with a team of instructional designers and educational technologists to create high-quality learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of students. Jessica’s commitment to excellence and her passion for education continue to make a positive impact in the field of online learning.
